Hunawihr is a small co-operative in the heart of Alsace, making wines with quality and value in mind. It was rated the best co-operative in Alsace, and third in the whole of France, by the Revue de Vins de France in 2005. One of the classical Alsace grapes, this wine gives full, bodied, slightly off-dry tropical fruit flavours and a delicious spiciness on the nose and finish. This wine is an ideal accompaniement with spicy foods such as Thai or other Asian foods.
