Essentially the same blend as the Black Label but for the rosé champagne a small proportion of the Pinot Noir is vinified as a red wine. This gives the wine a lovely light and delicate pink colour and also adds more weight to the palate. The predominant sensations on the nose are of roses and red fruits which is carried through into the aftertaste, a wine in great balance. Apart from being a great wine for celebrations it is also a very versatile wine with food and accompanies both meat courses and deserts with fresh red fruits equally well.
