Garganega, indigenous grape variety of the Venetian region, has been blended with Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco to give a rich, fruity and very elegant wine. The Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco is aged for 3-4 months in oak barrels to give extra complexity before being blended with the Garganega. An ideal aperitif, it is also perfect with hors d’oeuvres, risottos or pasta with delicatelyflavoured sauces, fish, and mediterranean cuisine in general.
