A bright, golden wine made from the Viognier grape, which is hard to cultivate. The grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of the cooler air, and the vineyards are situated on the slopes of the Pont du Gard, with limestone-clay soil. It is soft in the mouth, with stone fruits and citrus flavours giving it balance and delicacy. Luxurious with asparagus and fish dishes.
